Who we are

Life Space Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based, MahaRERA-registered real estate channel partner (MahaRERA No.: A52100000993) that helps customers find and purchase residential and commercial properties. We operate this 24K Kharadi enquiry page. We are an independent channel partner, and this is not the official website of the developer.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your full name, email address, phone number and the typology you are interested in.

We also record technical details that help us understand how you reached the page: the landing page address, the referring website, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), advertising click identifiers (gclid and fbclid) and your IP address as seen by our server.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to respond to you about 24K Kharadi, including sending the brochure, configuration, area and pricing details, and arranging a site visit if you ask for one. We use the campaign details to measure which advertisements bring enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.

To arrange information or a site visit you have asked for, we may share your name, contact details and requirement with the project developer.

How it is stored

Enquiries are saved in a protected file on our web server and sent to our enquiries mailbox by encrypted email. Access is limited to people who handle enquiries. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
